Time studies in the factory have always been conducted manually by industrial engineers, which not only takes a lot of time, but it also comes with tedious tasks of data collection and transmission to other systems. This is a problem as it limits engineers’ ability to apply efforts to improve the production process at Boeing.

UX Designer: Responsible for designing user flows and performing user testing to evaluate the clarity and usability of user flows.
outcome
Through this application, there was a significant decrease in manual labor hours needed to collect time studies data, and an improved efficiency of factory equipment usage.
